About

I work at the intersection of AI, cybersecurity, and creative systems.

Warsaw · Always thinking

I spent fifteen years building, breaking, and securing technology — infrastructure, networks, risk, governance. I know what happens when systems fail, and I know what it takes to make them hold. That background shaped how I think about everything, including artificial intelligence: not as hype, not as magic, but as a powerful system that needs to be understood, secured, and used well.

Today I help people and organizations do exactly that. I consult on AI strategy, run training workshops, and translate the gap between what AI can actually do and what business leaders need it to do. I'm not interested in selling fear or selling dreams. I'm interested in real adoption — the kind where people understand what they're building, why it matters, and what the risks are.

But I'm not only a strategist. I'm also a creator.

I've been building a fantasy universe called The Ethereal Web — a saga of mythology, magic systems, political structures, and emotional depth. The manuscript spans nearly five hundred pages and is currently with alpha readers, with seven continents, forty races, thirteen governing leaders, and a mythology that reaches back thousands of fictional years. The imagination came first. AI is one of many tools I use to shape it, and I document the creative process publicly through the companion website.

Why does that matter on a professional website?

Because it proves something a slide deck can't: that I work with AI seriously, every day, on something that demands real creative judgment. Not to generate content — to build worlds. The creative work is part of how I think about every other problem I touch.

I was born and raised in Quito, Ecuador. I live in Warsaw, Poland. I carry both worlds — the warmth and chaos of Latin America, the structure and precision of Central Europe. That dual perspective shows up in everything I do: I think in systems but I feel in stories. I build frameworks but I trust intuition. I plan carefully and I improvise constantly.

I believe AI is the most important shift in human capability since the printing press. I also believe most people are approaching it wrong — either with blind enthusiasm or blind fear. The real work is in the middle: understanding what AI changes, what it doesn't change, and how to build something meaningful with it.

I also speak about neurodiversity and thoughtful leadership — how organizations can support different cognitive styles in the age of AI.

That's what I help people do.
